Kansas City, MO
We are based in Kansas City and build for businesses here and nationwide. Four of the sites in our portfolio belong to KC trades.
Based Here
We are a Kansas City company. That matters less than people expect for the building itself — the work happens over email, calls and screen shares whether a client is in Waldo or Wisconsin — and more than people expect for understanding the businesses here, because most of our local work has been for trades operating across this specific metro.
About this metro
Kansas City is two Kansas Citys and about a hundred and fifty municipalities, split down the middle by a state line. A roofer in Overland Park and a roofer in Independence are in the same metro, the same market and the same phone book, but not the same state. Local contractors deal with that split constantly — in how they describe their service area, in which suburbs they will drive to, and in how their customers search. Anyone writing "we serve Kansas City" without accounting for the Kansas half is writing for half the metro.
Local Work
All four are website builds — that is what these projects were. Live sites you can open and judge for yourself.
Website
A licensed Kansas City electrician. We built the site that brings in their estimate requests.

Roofing and exteriors across the KC metro — including per-service-area pages, because the metro genuinely needs them.
Visit Anchor Exteriors →Website
Commercial build-outs and residential remodels across Kansas City.
Visit Anchor Contracting →Website
A family tile and stone installer, built photo-led around the work itself.

The most common problem we are called about here is not price, it is response time. An enquiry that arrives on a Friday afternoon and gets answered on Monday has usually already gone somewhere else. An agent can answer it in seconds, ask what you would have asked, and book it.
Local searches here are suburb-specific and split across the state line. Our KC website work has leaned on clear service areas, estimate requests on every screen, and the phone one tap away on a mobile screen — which is where most of these searches happen.
Estimating and chasing are the two jobs that eat evenings in a trades business. Both are repetitive enough to hand to software, with the pricing judgement kept firmly with the person who knows the job.
Nobody here wants to migrate their business off the system their crews finally learned. We build around what you already use, and say plainly when something cannot be done cleanly.
Service Area
And nationwide. We are based in Kansas City — we are not limited to it.
What We Build
Common Questions
No. We are based in Kansas City and we work with businesses nationwide. The build itself happens over email, calls and screen shares, so location makes very little practical difference to the work.
Yes. The metro spans both states and so does our service area — Overland Park, Olathe, Lenexa, Leawood, Shawnee and Kansas City, KS included.
The four Kansas City projects in our portfolio — Pure Light Electric, Anchor Exteriors, Anchor Contracting and AMC Custom Tile — are website builds. Our automation work, including a commission reconciliation engine that reads carrier statements row by row, has been for clients elsewhere. We would rather be precise about that than let a portfolio imply something it does not show.
Not usually, and not at all if you would rather not. Being local means we can, and for some projects it helps, but nothing about the work requires it.
Tell us what part of the week you would most like to stop doing by hand. The first conversation is about whether the thing you have in mind is worth automating at all — sometimes the honest answer is that a rule or a better form would fix it, and we will say so.
